Revocation of ADD imposed on Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) - Absence of any recommendation by the Designated Authority (DA) - Sunset review - exported from the People’s Republic of China, Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea RP and Thailand - The court noted that the revocation of ADD should have been preceded by a review process that assesses the continued need for such duties.
