The Delhi High Court, with Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw presiding, allowed exemption in CM No.838/2016 and disposed of the CM. In W.P.(C) No.199/2016 & CM No.839/2016, arguments were heard on the admissibility of the petition, and the order was reserved.
