The High Court of Allahabad disposed of a writ petition stating that the petitioner, a member of an undivided Hindu family, has a share in a disputed property. The court noted that the petitioner was not a party to a previous writ petition and that any findings in that judgment should not be final against the petitioner. The court suggested that the petitioner seek relief in a pending title suit regarding the disputed property.
