Availment of fraudulent credit on the basis of fake invoices - Held that - By the impugned order passed by the High Court of Gujarat 2006 (1) TMI 38 - GUJARAT HIGH COURT the Department/Appellant is directed to refund a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs only. Having regard to this meagre amount that is involved we dismiss the appeal.
