2019 (11) TMI 1377 - AT - Money LaunderingMaintainability of appeal - non-prosecution of the case - HELD THAT - It is seen from the record that neither the appellant nor any authorized representative or any advocate is appeared in this matter since many dates. It seems that the appellant is not interest in prosecuting the appeal. The appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
The Appellate Tribunal at New Delhi dismissed the appeal in case FPA-PMLA-2205/CHD/2018 due to lack of interest from the appellant in prosecuting the appeal. None appeared for the appellant during multiple dates, leading to the dismissal. The respondent was represented by Mr. Neeraj Atri and Mr. Atul Tripathi.
