2019 (11) TMI 1418 - HC - Money LaunderingMoney Laundering - Scheduled Offences - respondent submits that the petitioner has an alternate remedy in form of objections before the Adjudicating Authority - HELD THAT - It is directed that the Adjudicating Authority may proceed with the proceedings however shall not pass any final order qua the petitioner till the next date of hearing. The High Court of Delhi issued an order for the Adjudicating Authority to proceed with proceedings but not pass a final order regarding a petitioner until the next hearing on 13th February 2020. The petitioner's counsel argued that the alleged offence was not a Schedule Offence under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. The respondent's counsel mentioned that the petitioner has an alternate remedy through objections before the Adjudicating Authority.
