2016 (2) TMI 1392 - SCH - Companies LawMaintainability of appeal - it was held by High Court that For the reasons indicated by the court in dismissing the accompanying appeal the present appeal shall stand dismissed. HELD THAT - There are no legal and valid ground for interference. The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed.
