M/S TRAVEL CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. AND M/S SWAGATAM TOURS PVT. LIMITED VERSUS CST NEW DELHI 2013 (12) TMI 1024 - CESTAT NEW DELHI . The Tribunal had decided the issue in favour of the appellant.
