Withdrawal of funds from the bank account - HELD THAT - In the light of the averments in the petition and the fact that the petitioner s wife is stated to be suffering from cancer and requires treatment which is quite expensive the 2nd respondent is directed to consider any request which is made by the petitioner for withdrawing amount from his bank accounts referred to in Exts.P1 to P3 and the request of the petitioner shall be considered by the 2nd respondent and necessary orders given within a period of one week from the date of putting the request. Post on 17.05.2024.
