2025 (6) TMI 600 - SCH - Law of Competition


The Supreme Court, with Hon'ble Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta presiding, heard the appeal and after condoning the delay, held that the impugned judgment/order of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, does not exhibit any "patent illegality" warranting interference. Consequently, the appeal was dismissed, and all pending applications were disposed of.
