Amendment of section 32F.
97. In the Central Excise Act, in section 32F, in sub-section (6), for the words, figures and letters “on or before the 31st day of May, 2007, later than the 29th day of February, 2008 and in respect of an application made on or after the 1st day of June, 2007,” shall be omitted.

Clause 97 of the Bill seeks to amend section 32F of the Central Excise Act so as to omit certain words therefrom.
