Section 7 - Omission of article 268A. - Constitution (101st Amendment) Act, 2016

Omission of article 268A. 7 . Article 268A of the Constitution, as inserted by section 2 of the Constitution (Eighty-eighth Amendment) Act, 2003 shall be omitted. ****************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force w.e.f. 16th day of September 2016 vide S.O. 2986(E) dated 16.09.2016 .
