DEPOSITORIES (APPEAL TO THE CENTRALGOVERNMENT) RULES, 1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24, read with section 23 of the Depositories Act, 1996 (22 of 1996), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- Short title and commencement. 1. (1) These rules may be called the Depositories (Appeal to the Central Government) Rules, 1998. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
