Proceedings before the High Powered Advisory Committee. 14. (1) The High Powered Advisory Committee shall consider the proposed settlement terms placed before it along with the following: (a) the application, undertaking and waivers of the applicant; (b) factors specified in regulation 10 ; (c) settlement terms or revised settlement terms proposed by the applicant; (d) any other relevant material available on record. (2) The High Powered Advisory Committee may seek revision of the settlement terms and refer the application back to the Internal Committee. (3) The recommendations of the High Powered Advisory Committee shall be placed before the Panel of Whole Time Members.
