Search of persons. 10. (1) Any person who has got out of or is about to get into or is in the building, place, vessel, vehicle or aircraft authorised to be searched under the warrant of authority, if the authorised officer has reason to suspect that such person has secreted about his person any such books of account or other documents, may be searched; and if such person is a female, the search shall be made by another female officer so authorised with strict regard to decency. (2) The authorised officer may requisition the services of any police officer or of any officer of the Central Government or State Government or both to assist him for all or any of the purposes specified in warrant of authority.
