Regulation 7 - Conditions of certificate - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014Extract Conditions of certificate 7. The certificate granted under regulation 6 shall, inter-alia, be subject to the following conditions,- (a) the InvIT shall abide by the provisions of the Act and these regulations; (b) the InvIT shall forthwith inform the Board in writing, if any information or particulars previously submitted to the Board are found to be false or misleading in any material particular or if there is any material change in the information already submitted; (c) The InvIT and parties to the InvIT shall satisfy with the conditions specified in regulation 4 at all times; (d) The InvIT and parties to the InvIT shall comply, at all times, with the Code of conduct as specified in the Schedule VI, wherever applicable.
