Proceedings before high powered advisory committee. 13. (1) The high powered advisory committee shall consider the proposed settlement terms, placed before it alongwith the following: (a) the application, undertaking and waivers of the applicant; (b) factors specified in regulation 9; (c) settlement terms or revised settlement terms proposed by the applicant; (d) any other relevant material available on record. (2) The high powered advisory committee may require the applicant to revise the settlement terms and refer the application back to the internal committee. (3) The recommendations of the high powered advisory committee shall be placed before the panel of whole time members for consideration.
