Obligation of Manager. 24. The Manager shall be obliged to: (a) address all investor complaints; (b) provide to the Board any information sought by Board; (c) maintain all records as may be specified by the Board; (d) take all steps to address conflict of interest as specified in these regulations; (e) ensure transparency and disclosure as specified in the regulations.
