Disclosures in respect of Private Placements of Debt Securities 21. (1) The issuer making a private placement of debt securities and seeking listing thereof on a recognized stock exchange shall make disclosures 1 [in a disclosure document] as specified in Schedule I of these regulations accompanied by the latest Annual Report of the issuer.
