Prior to its substitution, regulation 69 to 74 read as under; 70. Manner of making order of cancellation or suspension No order of suspension or cancellation of certificate or the approval, as the case may be, shall be made by the Board against a mutual fund, trustees, asset management company except after holding an enquiry in accordance with the procedure specified in regulation 71.
