Substituted by the SEBI (Venture Capital Funds (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2006, w.e.f. 04-09-2006. Prior to its substitution, Application fee was ₹ 25,000 and Registration fee for grant of certificate was ₹ 5,00,000. 2 . Substituted for Rs.10,00,000 by the SEBI (Payment of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2008 vide gazette notification dated 31-03-2008.
