Section 10 - Substitution of new section for section 21- Officers and other employees of Authority - Aadhaar And Other Laws (Amendment) Act, 2019

Substitution of new section for section 21. 10. For section 21 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:- Officers and other employees of Authority. 21. (1) The Authority shall appoint such officers and employees as may be required for the discharge of its functions under this Act. (2) The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the officers and employees of the Authority shall be such as may be specified by regulations. .
