Rule 23 - Working hours of the Appellate Tribunal - Depositories (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 2000

Working hours of the Appellate Tribuna l 23. (1) The office of the Appellate Tribunal shall observe such public and other holidays as observed by the offices of the Central Government in the locality where the office of the Appellate Tribunal is situated. (2) The Appellate Tribunal shall, subject to any other order made by the Presiding Officer, remain open on working days from 10 AM to 6.00 PM. But no work, unless of an urgent nature, shall be admitted after 4.30 PM on any working day. (3) The sitting hours of the Appellate Tribunal shall ordinarily be from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM, subject to any order made by the Presiding Officer.
