Abridged Prospectus and application forms 32. (1) The issuer and lead manager shall ensure that: (a) every application form and the abridged prospectus is in the format as specified by the Board; (b) the abridged prospectus shall not contain matters which are extraneous to the contents of the offer document; (c) adequate space shall be provided in the application form to enable the investors to fill in various details like name, address, etc. (2) The issuer may provide the facility for subscription of application in electronic mode. (3) The abridged prospectus shall be in the format as specified in Part B of Schedule I of these regulations.
