Regulation 292L - Procedure for private issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments by a Not for Profit Organization - Securities And Exchange Board of India (Issue Of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018Extract 1 [Procedure for private issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments by a Not for Profit Organization 292L (1) The Not for Profit Organization registered on a Social Stock Exchange, may also make private issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments to Social Impact Fund(s) registered under the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations 2012. (2) The provisions related to public issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments specified in this Chapter shall mutatis mutandis apply to private issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments to Social Impact Fund(s). ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
