1 [ Submission of information to the Board 28P . (1) The ESG rating provider shall furnish such information as may be called for, by the Board including any report relating to its activities, within such period as may be specified by the Board. (2) Every ESG rating provider shall, at the close of each accounting period, furnish to the Board copies of its financial statements, in such manner as may be specified by the Board, from time to time. ] *************** NOTES:- 1.
