Dispute Resolution 23. (1) Index Provider shall provide for a dispute resolution mechanism and all claims, differences or disputes between the Index Providers and the subscribers arising out of or in relation to the activities of an Index: Provider in the securities market shall be submitted to such a dispute resolution mechanism that includes mediation and/or conciliation and/or arbitration, in accordance with the procedure specified by the Board. (2) Any subscriber to an Index Provider shall have recourse to grievance redressal under these regulations.
