Maintenance of Books of Accounts, records etc. 26 . (1) The Index Provider shall maintain written records, audit trails, records related to input data employed in benchmark determination and minutes of meeting of oversight committee for a minimum period of eight years. (2) The Index Provider shall intimate to the Board the place within India, where all the books of account, records and documents required to be maintained under these regulations are being maintained.
