THE COMPETITION COMMISSION OF INDIA NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th March, 2024 The Competition Commission of India (Determination of Monetary Penalty) Guidelines, 2024 (No. 01 of 2024) No. B-14011/1/2024-ATD-II . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 64B(1) read with Section 64B(3) of the Competition Act, 2002 , the Competition Commission of India hereby makes the following guidelines with respect to the determination of monetary penalty to be levied on the enterprise(s) and/or persons, for any contravention of the provisions of the Act, namely:- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1. Short Title and Commencement (1) These guidelines may be called The Competition Commission of India (Determination of Monetary Penalty) Guidelines, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
