Regulation 17O - Trustee of the employee benefit trust - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014Extract 1 [Trustee of the employee benefit trust. 17O. (1) The trustee of the employee benefit trust shall be a trustee registered with the Board under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustees) Regulations, 1993. (2) The trustee of the InvIT shall not act as the trustee of the employee benefit trust. (3) The employee benefit trust or its trustee shall not be eligible to vote on account of the units of the InvIT held by such trust. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
