1 [Disclosures. 17R . (1) The investment manager shall disclose details of the unit based employee benefit scheme being implemented in the Annual Report of the InvIT, as specified in Part F of Schedule IX of these regulations. (2) The investment manager shall include the value of options granted under a unit based employee benefit scheme as a part of its employee compensation and shall disclose the same in the Annual Report. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
