20. Communication of order passed under Section 26(2) or 26(2A) of the Act . (1) If the Commission is of the opinion that there exists no prima facie case, the Secretary shall send a certified copy of the order of the Commission regarding closure of the matter forthwith to the Central Government or the State Government or the Statutory Authority or the parties concerned, as the case may be, as provided in sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Act . (2) If the Commission is of the opinion that same or substantially the same facts and issues raised in an information or reference received in the Commission, as the case may be, have already been decided by the Commission in any of its previous order(s), the Secretary shall send a certified copy of the order of the Commission regarding closure of the matter under sub-section (2A) of section 26 of the Act forthwith to the Central Government or the State Government or the Statutory Authority or the parties concerned, as the case may be.
