24. Statement of Objections. Upon completion of the process under section 29 of the Act, where the Commission is of the opinion that the combination has or is likely to have an appreciable adverse effect on competition and decides to issue statement of objections under sub-section (1) of section 29A of the Act, the Secretary shall communicate the statement of objections to the person who has given notice within four days.
