In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021) and in supersession of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2020 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, commencement and application. (1) These rules may be called the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021. (2) Save as provided in these rules, they shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. (3) These rules shall apply to the Chairperson and Member of the Tribunal as specified in column (2) of the First Schedule of the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021).
