2. Definitions . In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, - (a) Act means an Act specified in column (3) of the First Schedule to the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021); (b) Chairperson shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (a) of the section 2 of the Act; (c) Committee means the Search-cum-Selection Committee referred to in sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Act; (d) Member shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (b) of the section 2 of the Act; (e) Tribunal shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (e) of section 2 of the Act; (f) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in the respective Acts.
