MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4 th June, 2009 G.S.R.387 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (ma) and (me) of sub-section (2) of section 63 read with sub-section (2) of section 53B and sub-section (2) of section 53N , of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement . - (1) These rules may be called tie Competition Appellate Tribunal (Form and fee for filing an appeal and fee for filing compensation applications) Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
