Regulation 49Z - Permissible investments - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996Extract 1 [Permissible investments: 49Z. (1) Specialized Investment Fund may invest monies collected under any of its investment strategies in instruments permitted under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 43 for mutual funds schemes: Provided that the manner of investment by a Specialized Investment Fund may be specified by the Board. (2) Any investment to be made under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 49Z shall be invested subject to investment restrictions as specified under regulation 49AA. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
