THE CONSTITUTION (THIRTY-FIFTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 1974 [22nd February, 1975.] An Act further to amend the Constitution of India to give effect to the wishes of the people of Sikkim for strengthening Indo-Sikkim co-operation and inter-relationship. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title and commencement . (1) This Act may be called the Constitution (Thirty-fifth Amendment) Act, 1974.
