Insertion of new Article 43-A . 9. After Article 43 of the Constitution, the following article shall be inserted , namely: Participation of workers in management of industries. 43-A. The State shall take steps, by suitable legislation or in any other way, to secure the participation of workers in the management of undertakings, establishments or other organisations engaged in any industry. . **************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force, w.e.f. 3rd day of January 1977 vide G.S.R. 2(E), dated 3-1-1977.
