Article 13 - Amendment of Article 74 - Constitution (42nd Amendment) Act, 1976

Amendment of Article 74 . 13. In Article 74 of the Constitution, for clause (1), the following clause shall be substituted , namely: (1) There shall be a Council of Ministers with the Prime Minister at the head to aid and advise the President who shall, in the exercise of his functions, act in accordance with such advice. . ************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force, w.e.f. 3rd day of January 1977 vide G.S.R. 2(E), dated 3-1-1977.
