Article 14 - Amendment of Article 77 - Constitution (42nd Amendment) Act, 1976

Amendment of Article 77 . 14. In Article 77 of the Constitution, after clause (3), the following clause shall be inserted , namely: (4) No court or other authority shall be entitled to require the production of any rules made under clause (3) for the more convenient transaction of the business of the Government of India. . ************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force, w.e.f. 3rd day of January 1977 vide G.S.R. 2(E), dated 3-1-1977.
