Article 26 - Amendment of Article 145 - Constitution (42nd Amendment) Act, 1976Extract Amendment of Article 145 . 26. In Article 145 of the Constitution, ( a ) in clause (1), after sub-clause ( c ), the following sub-clause shall be inserted , namely: ( cc ) rules as to the proceedings in the Court under Articles 131-A and 139-A; ; ( b ) in clause (2), for the words, brackets and figure provisions of clause (3) , the words, figures, letter and brackets provisions of Article 144-A and of clause (3) shall be substituted ; ( c ) in clause (3), for the words The minimum number , the words, figures and letter Subject to the provisions of Article 144-A, the minimum number shall be substituted . **************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force, w.e.f. 1st day of February, 1977 vide G.S.R. 2(E), dated 3-1-1977.
