Substitution of new Article 150 . 27. For Article 150 of the Constitution, the following article shall be substituted , namely: Form of accounts of the Union and of the States. 150.The accounts of the Union and of the States shall be kept in such form as the President may, after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India, prescribe. . **************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force, w.e.f. 1st day of April, 1977 vide G.S.R. 2(E), dated 3-1-1977.
