Amendment of Article 166 . 28. In Article 166 of the Constitution, after clause (3), the following clause shall be inserted , namely: (4) No court or other authority shall be entitled to require the production of any rules made under clause (3) for the more convenient transaction of the business of the Government of the State. . *************** NOTES:- 1.
