Amendment of Article 356 . 50. In Article 356 of the Constitution, in clause (4), for the words six months , wherever they occur, the words one year shall be substituted . ***************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force, w.e.f. 3rd day of January 1977 vide G.S.R. 2(E), dated 3-1-1977.
