4. Amendment of section 2. In section 2 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Act,- (i) in clause (c), the words or the contribution payable in respect of an employee to whom the Insurance Scheme applies shall be inserted at the end; (ii) after clause (f), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely: - (fa) Insurance Fund means the Deposit-linked Insurance Fund established under sub-section (2) of section 3G; (fb) Insurance Scheme means the Coal Mines Deposit- linked Insurance Scheme framed under sub-section (1) of section 3G; ; (iii) clause (ff) shall be re-lettered as clause (fc).
