25. Amendment of section 8A. In section 8A of the Employees Provident Funds Act,- (a) in sub-section (1), for the words and brackets The amount of contribution (that is to say the employer s contribution as well as the employee s contribution) , the words and brackets The amount of contribution (that is to say the employer s contribution as well as the employee s contribution in pursuance of any Scheme and the employer s contribution in pursuance of the Insurance Scheme) shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), after the words employee s contribution , the words under any Scheme shall be inserted.
