1 [Mandatory periodic disclosure requirements 10A. (1) The originator shall provide the periodic reports to the trustee regarding the performance of the underlying asset pool, atleast on a quarterly basis. (2) The originator shall provide a certificate from its auditor (s) regarding the disclosures of underlying asset pool assigned to the securitization trust, as made by the originator, on quarterly basis. ] **************** NOTES:- 1 .
