10. Furnishing of Information (1) The Authority may require the applicant to furnish any further information or clarification regarding itself or nature of the capital market activities or any related matter to consider the application for grant of a certificate of registration. (2) If required by the Authority, the applicant shall appear before the Authority for personal representation. (3) If required, the Authority may undertake an inspection of the office of the applicant before the grant of a certificate of registration.
