17. Information to the Authority (1) A CMI shall furnish to the Authority any material change in the information or particulars previously furnished along with the application, which has a bearing on the certificate of registration granted to it. (2) A CMI shall intimate to the Authority any change in principal officer, compliance officer or key managerial personnel to the Authority, within 15 days of such change. (3) A CMI shall furnish such reports, returns, statements and particulars, in such manner, interval and form, as may be specified by the Authority.
